When staff aren't looked after, they can't look after the patients and clients who depend on them.

DirectorPauline has spent her career on the operating side, building and leading teams of more than 150 people across multiple sites and taking businesses through international expansion. That experience in systems, people, and operational discipline is exactly what it takes to grow a business after an acquisition, not just finance one.
Edward Chia
Edward brings a background in physiotherapy and firsthand experience founding his own company, Inclusive Spaces Co, to Centrepoint Partners' business development and deal origination. His clinical background gives him a genuine understanding of how healthcare practices operate, and the credibility to have real conversations with the owners of those businesses about their future.
